I am the Founder of Strong Bodies By Brooke

I got into weightlifting at 16 years old. After a traumatic health incident where I almost lost my life, I came out of the hospital weak and underweight. I decided from then on I was going to prioritize my health and needed to feel strong; that is when I discovered weight lifting and all its benefits. Throughout the years I utilized fitness as a tool for my own personal struggles, getting through college, and dealing with grief. Fitness and health  has helped me gain confidence, strength, and overall wellness.

Since experiencing all the great benefits of weightlifting and eating healthy, I wanted to help others do the same. I know there are girls just like me who are looking for certain workout plan or eating style to follow but just don't know where to start. 

​

That is why I created Strong Bodies By Brooke, because it allows me to help women and men reach their goals and gain the confidence they have always wanted.

Digital Workout Plans

You get to choose your plan! There are two choices:

Choice 1: 5x a week workout split

Choice 2: 3x a week workout split

These are both weightlifting based. Each workout plan includes detailed workouts, sets, and reps for each day out of the week! All you have to do is pick the plan that works for you based on your schedule and goals. Buying one of these digital plans allows you access to all the workouts you need to do in order to reach your goals. They are planned out for you perfectly!

Nutritional Coaching & Digital Meal Plans

Like they say, abs are made in the kitchen. But what does that entail? Are you often questioning what foods to eat, how much to eat, and end up on crash diets that just don't work? Well, then this meal plan is made for you.

What does this plan include?

This digital plan includes daily meal ideas/planned meals, grocery lists, and healthy recipes that actually taste delicious! It is simple, easy to follow, and allow you to still enjoy food!

Why buy it?

A proper workout plan is necessary to reach your fitness goals, but so is a meal plan. It won't be possible to see the progress you want if you are not following a meal plan tailored for your specific goals.
